Returns:
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Warranty Repairs:
TAC 47 INDUSTRIES LLC. Is not a warranty repair station, and therefore TAC 47 INDUSTRIES LLC. MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only warranties provided are provided by the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer’s package. All requests for warranty information, repairs, and claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. Please ship all repairs directly to the manufacturer to avoid delays. TAC47 INDUSTRIES LLC also offers you the convenience of faxing or phoning us your check information. Dealers or Distributers to place an order today, just call your TAC47 INDUSTRIES LLC Service Professional. Have your credit card number, expiration date and billing address ready. You can also send a certified check or money order with your order, or for your convenience we will ship COD. Note: Prices reflect a 2% cash discount that cannot be earned on credit card orders.
Shipping:
TAC47 INDUSTRIES LLC ships all handguns via UPS or FedEx 2 Day. This method ensures a quick and inexpensive delivery of shipments anywhere in the country. Orders that do not include handguns will be shipped USPS or UPS Ground at our discretion.
Freight Policy: (For 48 Continental States)
Non-Handgun Orders: All non-handgun orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Non-firearm orders TAC47 INDUSTRIES Flat 8.95 for retail customers and tier one dealers. Distributers will have actual cost or freight. There is an individual cost of shipping for any firearm up to actual shipping and handling if the order includes a long gun. Exceptions to the non-handgun discounted freight policy include: imported/crated ammunition, ammunition under $100/case, hard gun cases, gun safes and products in wooden crates/boxes.
Handgun Orders: All handgun orders will be shipped via FedEx 2 Day. FedEx requires an adult signature on firearms shipments and charges $3.50 for this service. Handgun orders will incur an actual shipping and handling charge (which includes the $3.50 adult signature charge). TAC47 INDUSTRIES LLC will offer our customers an upgrade to FedEx Standard Overnight for an additional
Exceptions:
Shipment of imported/crated ammunition, hard gun cases, and gun safes are FOB Tac 47. All products classified as ORM-D, including cleaning solvents, CO2 cartridges, non-lethal defense sprays and ammunition must be shipped UPS Ground. Our COD policy is one COD amount per box and COD fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Minimum Order Policy:
We have no minimum order requirement, but all orders of less than $100 will be charged $5 to cover the cost of processing in addition to shipping and handling.
Alaska and Hawaii:
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped UPS 2Day. UPS requires an adult signature for all firearm shipments and charges $3.50 for this service. Shippable orders of $2,500 or more will incur$10 shipping and handling charge. Orders less than $2,500 will be charged. TAC47 INDUSTRIES LLC actual freight charges and the $3.50 UPS adult signature charge, if the order includes a firearm. If the customer opts to ship via FedEx Priority Overnight, the customer will be charged TAC47 INDUSTRIES LLC actual freight charges. The customer will also be charged the $3.50 FedEx adult signature charge, if the order includes a firearm.
Puerto Rico:
TAC47 INDUSTRIES LLC will pay freight on shippable orders of $2,500 or more when shipped via USPS. The customer will only be charged the $2.05 USPS signature charge. Orders less than $2,500 will be charged TAC47 INDUSTRIES LLC actual freight charges and the $2.05 USPS signature charge.
Guam and Virgin Islands:
Orders being shipped to Guam and the Virgin Islands will be shipped via USPS. The customer will be charged TAC47 INDUSTRIES LLC actual freight charges for all orders. The customer will also be charged the $2.05 USPS signature charge, if the order includes a firearm.
International Orders: No International order accepted at this time.
